All items are thoroughly checked for any defects including stains, discolouring, bobbling, holes, marks or any missshaping. Giving you excellent quality and condition of your purchase. If you have any problems after receiving your goods please contact us or see our returns policy in the section provided.
Orders placed before 12 pm will be dispatched on the same working day, orders after this time may be dispatched the following day.
Please allow up to 10 working days for receiving your order anything after this please get in contact with us.
We only ship within the UK and Ireland at this moment and time, but we hope to expand to other regions soon.

We hope that you are extremely happy with the item(s) you purchased, however, if for any reason you wish to return any goods, you must do so within 14 days of receiving your purchase.
In order for us to accept any returns, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or with tags attached for "new with tags" items. You will also need a proof of purchase.
Please contact us by email @ thriftybambino@outlook.com with your contact details, order number and a short description of your returning goods.
Once received and inspected we will confirm if you are eligible for a refund. We will then refund you via your original payment method. Please note it may also take some time for your own bank to process payments.
We do advise when sending goods back that it is done by recorded delivery. This allows it to be tracked. Please note, all postage fees will be the customers responsibility.
